When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by our studio manager who will introduce you to the space, show you how to use the equipment and give you a few tips on taking great shots. Once you’re comfortable and ready to begin, they’ll return to the reception desk, leaving you alone with the remote in the fully-curtained studio room, complete with a private costume changing area.

No, not unless you choose to share them. We believe that privacy is integral to the experience and in getting authentic images of your true self. The photos you take are processed as files in bulk and uploaded to our secure cloud server. You’ll receive a URL that will only be accessible from the email address you provide. We’ll keep the download link active for one week, starting from when you receive it on the day of your shoot. After that, the photo files are deleted from out servers.

Our packages are time-based, so you can take as many as you like during your timed session, with no additional charges. We only ask you allow a few seconds between shots to allow the equipment to reset.

All of them. That’s it. Every single image you take will be AI edited and available for

you to download.

The studio space can fit four comfortably, but we have also accommodated larger families and teams for group shots. Call us for more information if you have a larger group.

Yes, it is possible to take turns and have someone wait with you either inside the studio or in the reception area during your shoot. but the photo portfolio will be sent to a single email address.

Above all, we want you to take photos you’re going to love. Bringing in a few props to play with can make your shoot even more personal. Many of our guests also bring a few outfit changes to make the most of their time.

There is a space and a bench behind the camera mirror for a family member or friend.

Unless we have another guest booked in, we are happy to accommodate. You can add time to your booked package. We offer an additional 10 minutes for $100 and 20 minutes at a discounted price of $150.

Absolutely. All images you take are royalty free and yours to use however you want.

Sure. We aim to be completely pet friendly, but do ask that you clean up any messes

left behind.

Yes. We are happy to provide a roll of masking tape for the soles to protect the paper backdrops from stains or tears. We’ll make sure the backdrop is in mint condition before the start of your session.

Yes. We have a designated space for our guests and will send you the details before your booking.

You can reschedule your booking online or by phone within 48 hours of your booking the date. We will refund half the amount of the session for a no-show.
